So, we have seen an uproar in the number of celebrities opting for the Peek-a-boo Sheer look. Some have been jaw-dropping sexy, elegant and classic and the others well, were recipes for absolute disaster.
We have put together a list of the best ways to don an all sheer outfit
We are sure you will love them all! So go on and pick your favorite and get out in style....or if not just enjoy the razzmatazz
1.The Long-Short Duet
The most modest way to don a sheer gown without feeling thread-bare naked is to opt for a combination of a long dress with the inner silhouette being a shorter dress, thereby providing ample coverage of all the necessary parts and leaving just enough to make you look worth a million bucks!

This beautiful beige number has a shorter silhouetter inside and is detailed with mother of pearls on the outside, the sheer neckline with the strategic pearl arrangement make it stunning to look at.

This beautiful peach piece has a no non-sense cut, neat silhouette and follows the long-short theme. The beautiful gold detailing add to the ensembles glam quotient and take us back to the Great Gatsby styled lookbook.
2.The Shorts-on style
For a little more edgy look, you can ditch the shorter dress style inner silhouette for a more experimental short styled look. Its best to keep the length of the shorts as short as possible to add maximum oomph to the number.

This beautiful gown by one of my favorite dress designer Zuhair Murad shows us exactly how to nail this look. The wreath styled belt adds to the charm of the outfit.

Pop sensation Selena Gomez has always hit the right mark with the Fashion Police and she does it yet again with her super sexy, and super stylish Black Kristian Aadnevik outfit. This is a lingerie- inspired outfit with her donning a bralet style upper bodice. However, the short-styles look is quite prominent and can be added to your lookbook.
3. The key lies in the Details
This look is as sheer as it can get. It is on the bolder side and you definetly need to have a killer bod to opt for this. There is practically no inner silhouette and the only shields that your lady parts get are the detailings. Though these are risque' in nature they look every bit stunning and if worn well they look elegant and classy.
The likes of Kim Kardashian, J.Lo, and more recently Beyonce have adorned this look.
Closer home we spotted Deepika in a sheer gold number from Gaurav Gupta

The sequin and criss cross patterning form the details for this stunning white number

This beautifully structured gown has a mermaid style tulle bottom with a heavily detailed upper panel. The detailing gets heavier near the chest and pelvic area to offer coverage and gets delicate in the other areas.
4. The Bodice
This is a flirty, sensual, and feminine style. It includes the vintage Corset-style upper bodice .
This has been sported by many celebrities around the globe. They usually include a no nonsense sheer bottom and a completely detailed upper bodice.
This look is bet to make everyone swoon
Plus points for this style if you are a leggy lass.

This feather styled corset has a clutter free flowy bottom which balances out the heaviness of the corset. The detailing of the feather is definetely to die for.

The minimalistic upper corset lets you experiment with the flowy skirt of the gown. Here, we can see how lovely and chic a panelled bottom with end detailing looks. Apart from the obvious nudes, beiges, earthy tones and whites even black packs a punch.
5. The Subtle Diva
This is probably the most safest and most popular way of sporting a sheer dress.
The key is to keep either the back or the shoulder and upper bust region sheer and cover up the rest. This way you can reep the benefits of a peek a boo look and yet not be worried about showing it all.

The upper panel with detailing all over and a completely sheer shoulder line. The voliminous amounts of tulle skirting adds to its elegance. The color pallete too is fresh, chic and spells style.

This lovely wedding gown shows us how to ace the sheer back look.
